An address or parcel number is enough to start. We'll do the research and come back with a number and how we got to it — usually within a few days.
What happens next
One of the two of us reads it — not an assistant and not an auto-responder. If we need something to move forward, like the county or a rough location, we'll ask. Otherwise the next thing you hear from us is a number.
We look at zoning, access, water, and what comparable ground nearby has actually sold for. That usually takes a few days. If we find something that kills the deal, we'll tell you what it was — that's often worth more to you than the offer would have been.
We will never ask you for money, a deposit, a card number, or your Social Security number. Everything closes through a licensed title company with escrow.
